About me

My HR journey began in Amsterdam, where I spent nearly a decade working in the HR department of one of the Netherlands’ leading law firms. It was the perfect foundation: a fast-paced environment with the unique dynamics of a legal setting, full of lessons that shaped the professional I am today.

After this opportunity, I had the privilege of supporting international HR departments across a diverse range of industries, including language services, aerospace, healthcare technology, biotechnology, and other international business environments. Each role introduced me to new people, new challenges, and new ways of thinking. Even though I have spent most of my life in the Netherlands, my heart and work have always reached far beyond its borders.

I enjoy the analytical side of HR, working through complex situations, reviewing data, processes, and employment law. Having spent most of my career in the Netherlands while supporting international organisations, I bring a combination of Dutch HR expertise and international experience. What I find most rewarding, however, is understanding what people and organisations need and helping to find the right way forward.

Working with organisations of different sizes, industries, and cultural backgrounds has exposed me to a wide range of organisational structures, leadership styles, and HR approaches.
